Returns and refunds

Square & Furrow is run by HAKL d.o.o. in Maribor, Slovenia. If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and nothing below takes that away.

Digital plans (PDF)

Plans and bundles are digital downloads, available straight after checkout. If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, email hello@squarefurrow.com with your order number and we will refund you in full. No need to give a reason.

If a file will not open or a page is missing, tell us and we will send a working copy the same day we read your email.

Printed Workshop Editions and wall prints

Books and prints are printed to order and posted to you by our print partners. You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it: email us with your order number, then post the item back within 14 days of telling us. We refund the item price and the original standard shipping within 14 days of getting your email, but we may wait until the item is back with us or you send proof of postage. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged, misprinted or lost in the post? Send a photo within 30 days of delivery (or tell us if nothing arrived 30 days after the latest delivery date shown at checkout) and we will reprint and resend it free, or refund you if you prefer. You do not need to post a damaged item back.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel a book or print order for a full refund until it has gone to print, usually within 24 hours. Email us as soon as you can.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of our agreeing to them. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Model withdrawal form

You may use this, but an ordinary email saying you are withdrawing is enough.
