Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on squarefurrow.com. The seller is HAKL d.o.o., V prelogih 15, 2000 Maribor, Slovenia (registration number 8256349000, VAT SI98209434, hello@squarefurrow.com). If you buy as a consumer, nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.

1. What we sell

Digital plans: PDF files you download after checkout. Nothing is posted.
Printed Workshop Editions: a printed, coil-bound copy of a plan, printed to order and posted to you. The PDF is included.
Wall prints: a print of the original plan sheet, printed to order and posted to you.
Bundles: several digital plans together.

The plans restore public-domain USDA and cooperative extension drawings. Our restorations are made with the help of AI tools and checked by hand against the original sheets. Product photos of finished builds are illustrations.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros. Any VAT that applies is included in the price shown at checkout. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Your contract with us is made when we send the order confirmation email.

3. Delivery

Digital files are available on the order confirmation page straight after payment. Printed items are delivered as set out in our shipping policy.

4. Using the plans

Buying a plan gives you a personal licence to use it: print it, mark it up, and build as many as you like, for yourself or for sale. You may not resell, share or publish the files or our drawings.

The plans are historical designs. You are responsible for checking them against local building, electrical and animal-welfare rules, for choosing sound materials, and for working safely with tools. Have any electrical work done by a qualified electrician.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

See our returns and refunds policy. EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

6. Faults

If a file is faulty or a printed item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace it or refund you. Your legal rights for goods and digital content that do not match their description still apply.

7. Liability

We are liable under the law for damage we cause by intent or gross negligence, and for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not responsible for how a structure is built or used.

8. Law and disputes

Slovenian law applies. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply, and you may bring a claim in your own courts. Please email us first; most problems are settled by a reply.
